What does it do, it scans your computer for spyware and trojan horses as well as other malicious software. When it finds infection it asks you what to do with them. You can delete them or Quarantine them in a vault. I use the Quick scan most of the time and the Full scan if I am going to run it while I sleep. I usually just delete any infection found.
