Windows Disk Cleanup Utility

Go to My Computer Right Click-on the C drive and go to Properties.

Windows Properties utility

This is the Disk Cleanup Tab, check the boxes you want Windows to delete files out of. There are more options with the More Options Tab and the Settings Tab.
