MS-DOS Pinging

This Ping did not connect to the Address I Typed in.

At Prompt you Type
ping 24.216.64.15

It connected to this Address. This is my IP Address, the other I made up. Notice there are 3 numbers 214. on the 1st one only 2 - 24. on the secound one. Just Click the x button to close the DOS screen. Sometimes you need to Type exit
