I recently ordered a memory foam topper for my existing mattress, or board, anyways, a topper is a 2″ piece of Memory foam, cool stuff, conforms to your body for a wounderful nights sleep and makes that hard mattress oh so soft. Ya Ya I know get to the point, I ordered this from Healthy Foundations.com the web site gives you all the info you could want and is very straight forward, the order was secure and I recieved the products on time and in perfect condition, if your tired of that hard mattress, check out thier Toppers, I am going to order thier Isotonic Mattress set for our new Bedroom Set, those are way to cool and I am excited about getting it, we have checked out tons of mattresses at stores and online and the Isotonic from Healthy Foundation is the best one we found, the mattress has no springs it is made of layers of speacial foams, check out thier site for more info, you will be impressed ! I will be putting links to thier site on some other pages also and also I am not getting any money for saying this or posting the links, I’m impressed with them and I am telling folks, cus I sleep so good now !!!!

Installed Spamweasel, to get rid of some of the spam I recieve. So far I like it, but, you have to read the Help Files carefully, it is a very powerful little program, with many configurations. I may put up a help page on this program after I use it for awhile, I think this may get rid of 99% of my spam once I have it all configured right. Check out thier web site, faqs to. You can find SpamWeasel on my Free Downloads Page.

Breast Cancer Bill

There’s a bill called the Breast Cancer Patient Protection Act which will require insurance companies to cover a minimum 48-hour hospital stay for patients undergoing a mastectomy. It’s about eliminating the “drive-through mastectomy” where women are forced to go home hours after surgery against the wishes of their doctor, still groggy from anesthesia and sometimes with drainage tubes still attached.

Lifetime Television has put this bill on their web page with a petition drive to show your support. Last year over half the House signed on.

PLEASE!!!! Sign the petition by clicking on the web site below and help women living with breast cancer get the care they need and deserve!! There is no cost or monetary pledge involved. You need not give more than your name and zip code number.

Windows XP Home Addition

Our oldest boy moved back home and has Windows XP Home Edition on his Computer. Installs fairly easy, I had to have the system boot to the CD-ROM, didn’t find it booting to the IDE-0 then CD-ROM. It is hard to get to utilities in xp, everything is buried 3 to 4 or more layers, Scandisk isn’t called Scandisk, but it runs before xp opens, which is good. It does seem fast, did not like the fact that Messenger automaticly runs, you can turn it off by typing in msconfig in Run and uncheck it. Has most drivers and installs them without disks. Also comes with a Firewall and System Restore which runs in the background, Restore uses over 2 gigs of harddrive storage by default, I set it down to 1 gig, you have less go back points. XP is OK still like 98se, a lot of maintence, but easier to get to things, ( you can switch XP to 98s interface ). I guess I will wait till the price goes down, then I will run a dual boot system with 98 and XP, still have a lot of older programs I use that are not and never will be compatible with XP. After you install XP I would do a little Tweaking on it if your are a Gamer and have a slower system. Here is the Tweak site I used Optimize XP
