Added Map of Visitors

I just added a Who’s Online feature on the Blog. Features a visitor map with location pins using GeoLiteCity data. Had enabled a mouse hover over the pins but it messed up using Firefox so for now I had to disable that function.

Update: Contacted the author of this plugin Mike Challis about the Firefox problem, he got back to me within minutes and gave me a fix, the mouse hover in Firefox works perfectly. What was wrong was my CSS codes for the dates, I had converted a Mambo template I made to work with WP. Thanks again Mike, I recommend anyone with WP to use Mikes plugin link here: Visitor Maps and Who’s Online located in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory. Mikes website is located here: 642weather.com this page has his PHP scripts.

Made a donation to Mike for the above help, have since had problems with the app updating the total users online, daily, monthly and yearly, I had changed some code so reinstalled everything to the defaults but it still will not update. Emailed Mike but no response, I guess you have to donate again for any support. I removed that code and only show the map, which seems to stay current.

I have taken the BlueSkool template and have converted it to a template that I had created for Mambo, it has been totally recoded to work on WordPress. If you liked the BlueSkool Theme you can download it at the authors site Antidote.com, if you like this theme contact me and I can give you the converted pages and images. Use at your own risk and no PSD files are included.
This took a total of 20 hours to convert, wordpress code is similar to Mambo, but there are several pages that need to be recoded, with Mambo there is only one page to modify. I recoded all the pages, added too or modified the CSS file and created my own images using Photoshop CS3.
With Mambo you have one php file, one xml file, one css file and images to deal with. With WordPress I had to recode seven php files, the css file, and images. Mambo is not really software for Blogging, it is a Content Management System CMS, it is used as a complete website with a lot of horse power, you have the ability to do anything with Mambo, where as WordPress is designed for Blogging.
Why did it take 20 hours, lol, I kept changing and adding to it. I forgot to add the RSS feed link and then decided I wanted images instead of links. Then I decided to add images to the sidebar headers. Then I figured out how to display the Archives yearly instead of the default monthly. It takes a little longer when you have NO experience with the software, a little learning curve, lol. All in all I think it looks good, but now I am thinking about converting it to a blue design, three column theme i also made for Mambo pictured below:

If anyone cares to comment let me know what you think of this current design or if you think the blue design would look better.

As some have noticed you can post to the Blog now, Spammers are the reason why you could not before, some of these people are very aggressive and I do not want children seeing or reading some of the stuff their spam bots put on my site, I try to delete it as soon as I am aware of it, being that I pay to have the site up out of my own pocket and make no money from it, it is very expensive to get the upgraded versions of these programs, my Message Board is being spammed and the paid version of the Board is $150.00, which would allow me to Ban that person, but I can only afford the Free versions. It is to bad there has to be people and or companies out there that feel a need to spam, come on spammers, I am just trying to help people, hows about a little kindness and good will, Please !!!
