This is really for Laptop Computers. You can turn this off in the Bios or msconfig- LoadPowerProfile uncheck it, you can effectively do it here by setting it to what is shown. This is located in your Display Properties-Screen Saver Tab. If you want your PC to turn the Monitor off after a set time or have this shut your computer off or go on Standby, then you set it up here. I do not use this, basically because I turn my computer off when I am done using it. A lot of people never shut their computer off, so you can use this to save on the power it uses.
