To change a sound that windows plays go to Start-Settings-Control Panel-Sounds. This one shows you how to change the music that plays when Windows starts up, to no music. Click on the Start Windows (grayed out), next choose None from the drop down Name Box, click Apply and no Music will play at startup, helps to load Windows faster.
