I use this with Adaware, finds stuff adaware misses, in fact you have to be careful with this. It does find more and if you are not sure about something it finds, uncheck it so it is not removed. You could also do a search on Google to see if you can find more info on the find. It also has a lot more functions, such as Recovery, and Immunize.
