Go to Mail-Stationery-Create New as shown in picture to the right, this will open the Create your own Stationery Wizard, follow the step in the wizard. Just play around with it, you can use pictures or whatever from any where on you Hard Drive, just use the Browse Button to find it.

This is the Interface where you start. Use the Browse Button to find a picture, gif or jpg on your hard drive. Play around with it you can always go back and change it or when you save it ( give it a Name ) you can go back and Edit it. It pretty cool I have used it many times.
