mY SOUNDS DONT WORK ON MY GAMES ANYMORE ALL i GET IS A MESSAGE SAYING NO ADPCM SUPPORT SOUND OFF

Check in the Device Manager and see if there is a problem with your Sound card. You may need to update the sound cards drivers. Also check the DirectX diagnostics in System Information-Tools.
