Mike...Please...Help this old girl...
This is the message that comes on the screen when I turn on my computer...
"Invalid VXD dynamic link call from VSHIELD (01)+0000240A to device "35AF" service 8001
Windows configuration is invalid...RUN WINDOWS PROGRAM SETUP AGAIN"
Please Mike, I don't understand what I did wrong, and I don't know how to correct it.. Can you help me. ASAP.. PLease

Try reinstalling Windows, do not reformat just reinstall Windows, you will have to update windows and directx after,you will not lose anything you have on the drive it just fixes Windows. Go into the BIOS and have it Boot to the Cd rom then restart with the windows cd in the cd rom drive,, after you reinstall windows change it back to boot 1. Floppy, 2. IDE 0, 3. Cdrom.
