I'm trying to restore my computer with the original restore CDs. I can't get the computer to start up in the CD though. What can I do?

Depending on what brand your computer is, You should be able to put "Disk 1" in the drive & restart the machine...? Do you have a 3 1/2 floppy disk, with the startup files on it? If so, put that in the "A" drive. Again, we could better help you if you furnish us the make of your computer.

You need to go into to the Bios and set the boot option to boot to the cd first. After you are done change it back to Floppy first, then IDE 0, then cd.
