hi mike,

when i ran a virus scan it found quite a few viruses so i quarentined them then after a restarted my computer windows would not load i am guessing the i accidentaly quarentined a file that starts windows how would i fix my problem.(i probably wont check this site for a while so if it isnt too much trouble could you please send an answer to my email thanks)

The simplest thing to do , would be to reinstall Windows over Windows, in other words do not reformat just reinstall windows, that will repair any damaged files and keeps everything the way it was before the crash.You will need to set your Bios to boot to the cd first
