MSN Messenger installs a small file called loadqm.exe or shown in msconfig as LoadQM. This file automatically loads each time you startup your computer. It's also know as the MSN Query Manager, and exactly what it does is not clear, it does communicate over your Internet connection and it does consume system resources. Go to Start-Run-type in-msconfig-Go to the Startup Tab and uncheck loadqm.exe or LoadQM.
