Hi Jerry
Try going into IE6 go to Tools-Internet Options, go to the Programs Tab, put Outlook Express in the E-Mail Box, click Apply. Next go to the Advanced Tab and Restore the Defaults, then click Apply. Next go to the Security Tab, click on each Icon, if the print on the Default Button is black, click it and then, click apply to each Icon. I think your issue is with IE not Outlook, Outlook is sending it onto IE, IE is not connecting, try those settings above and see if that helps.
