How do i get rid of it when i boot up? I know it's simple, i just can't figure it out.

Go to your Control Panel-Network-on the Bottom of screen in the drope down box, choose Windows Logon click apply, may ask for your Windows Disk.

After you do the Network thing above, go to the Control Panel-Passwords and set the new password to Blank. If you set up any User Accounts, delete or Remove those also.
