Mike, I downloaded an old dos game " Space invader" and it put the icon on my desktop. I've tried moving it to my games folder but all it does is put a shortcut in it. How can I get the icon off the desktop without deleting it? I've tried sending it to My Documents but it does the same thing.

Hi Gary
You should be able to go into the Dos games folder and make a short cut of the exe file, then cut and paste it where you want it, then delete the one on the desktop.

Thanks Mike, It still wouldn't let me paste it, every time I clicked paste, it would just open the game! Anyway, I was able to drag & drop it in the games folder so It's off the desktop.
