Hello all

This is what I get when type in the property address and click on go!

These three lines are displayed on the top left hand corner of the page. I have typed them exactly as they appear.

error 800401f9
Error in the DLL
/Presearch.asp,line71

I hope someone can help me with this problem.

I am a real estate investor and I use my Counties PAL or (P-ublic A-ccess L-ine) to get info on properties.

You can search 3 ways: by address, by owner, by property number.

I have checked my preferences to make sure that I have slected (direct connection to the internet), which use to be a problem.

I have recently downloaded Netscape 4.79 to see if that would fix the problem, but alas it did not.

I really need some help on this one, I am baffled. I can not get the administrator of the site that I am having troulbe with, I have tried.

Thank you in advance for any insight or help that may be provide.

Greg Schultz

I'm not sure exactly what you are doing Greg, you typing in this info into IEs search or are you going to a sites search page and typing in the search on thier page, if this is the case I believe it is what I emailed you, an error in the sites script on Line 71.
