This program runs in your System Tray and is for configuring your Wingman JoyStick, if you remove it, it will give you a warning that your Joystick may not run properly, don't use the Tray Utility to setup the Joystick, then you should be able to remove it. Like Intellimouses Tray utility, if you leave it on the default setting you can close it, if you set it up with the Tray Ut you have to leave it running and it is a Resource Hog.
