Hey Mike, I had this problem once before & I don't remember what I did to correct it? Whenever I click on one of my favorites, the computer sits idle & then the little box pops up saying that IE explorer caused an invaid page fault in kernel module 32 dll. at so & so. I've run the antivirus scan & everything is clean. I've got all the latest updates installed from microsoft, any Idea's? Also, I can't close the box out without restarting.

Ok, I think I found the problem. Apparently, I use the reg clean software & I relied on it to clean up unwanted registry entries, but apparently it didn't do it's job. I had the ad aware software installed & when I run it, it found 25 entries which I deleted, now everything is back to normal. It seems I put too much faith in one software program. Anyway, thanks for the page to discuss this issue, hopefully, someone else will need this info.

Hi Gary
Refer to Flowchart, like that chart, Reg Cleaner will only show program enteries, Adaware finds Spyware enteries, apparently you somehow got a malicious spyware progam innstalled without knowing it. Problem Solved lol

Hey Mike, I got another problem now, Sometimes when I close out a web page or my outlook express mail, The screen goes blue & I get the mesage "IE caused a general protection fault in VXD Win32(05) Hit any key to continue". I hit the space bar & it's ok till the next time I get online. Sometimes it does it when I close this page out. It doesn't do it all the time? Any Ideas??
Thanks

I was getting Win32 errors for Bad CPU and Power Supply going. Could be a conflict with your Phone Card ( drivers ) or IRQ conflict. Here is MS win32 errors page too.
