I goto the start menu and hit run, then I'll type in either msconfig or regedit, but they won't load. When I tried winipcfg, that program worked, but the other two never start. What's the problem, and how do I fix it?

What OS do you have ? msconfig doesn't work in 95 you need to download Startup Cop.
