Hi,
I can't download any thing, I had a virus problem and alot of files were infected and after the software got finished disinfecting nothing was the same. I was getting a prompt saying cant run "quick time"when I would try to download. I removed quick time and now I need a viewer or something. What program executes the download process?

I would reinstall Windows, not a reformate just reinstall of Windows, then update Windows, DirectX and IE and before you do that uninstall any software that is corrupted, then reinstall it after you reinstall windows.
