Windows Date/Time Utility

This is where you set the date and time, this is very important, if incorrect you will have problems. You can find this in the Windows Control Panel, I would set it to automatically update the time. Many programs need the clock set to the correct time for them to run without errors. If you notice your computer programs are running strangely check to make sure the time and date are set correctly.
