Popup Windows happen on your Browser while Surfing, there is free software you can download to disable them from popping up, check out my Free Downloads page or the Add A link page under Computers for a link to one of those programs. You can disable some options in your Browser, but that will disable information you will wont to see, that have nothing to do with those annoying pop up ads.
