You run the DirectX diagnostic utility and it shows the iac25_32.ax as a beta file to Reinstall DirectX.
This file comes from Intels Camera Pack or the Indeo Codexs Intel uses. The Link iac25 Fix will take you to Intel support page for fixing the iac25_32.ax problem.
