Mike, I inherited a compaq presario with No operating sys. and no restore disk either. I was able to load win98 s.e. on it, but now I don't have any sound & I can't find the drivers I need because I don't know what kind of hardware is installed. It's all onboard. Also I can't get the video set either, there again, I don't know whats in it, is there anyway I can find this info. So I can try to find the drivers I need? Thanks for any help you can give me.
