You need to uncheck or check that file format in Windows Media Player Open Windows Media Player, go to Tool-Options-Format. Hope this helps Tim, you need to do the same thing with other players, Windows Media Player tends to want to be the one and only player on your system, if it asks you, if you wont it to be the default player click NO, if you want to use another player.
