Hi Mike
Here are a few things to try.
1. Update your virus defs and run a full system scan.
2. Go to System Information-Tools-System File Checker, run that.
3. Also under Tools is the Internet Explorer Repaire tool run that.
4. Go to Windows Update and do all the critical and recommended updates you feel apply to you.
5. In IE-Tools-Option-Security Tab-click each Icon and set it to the default and then click Apply.
Try these and see if one corrects the problem.
