Windows Disk Cleanup Utility

This is Windows Version Of a Program like Clean Sweep. Check the items you want cleaned, click ok and those files will be Deleted. I would check all of them. You find this by going to My Computer-right click on the C: drive-choose Properties-click the Disk Cleanup button.

More Options Tab

Windows Components this will take you to the Setup Tab in the Add/Remove Utility, there you can uninstall Windows Programs you never use.
Installed Programs Will take you to the same place only the Install/Remove Tab.
