Pictures of Projects I have Done

My experience in Construction is rather broad. I started in 1971 doing Poured Concrete Walls and Custom Homes. I have experience in everything from digging the hole with a backhoe, to capping off the roof. While I was in Arizona we built 8,000 square foot houses and I worked on 3 1/2 million dollar Commercial Projects. I Drafted my own prints and used 3D Home Architect, so Clients could take a Virtual 3D walk through their Projects, before they were built.

  Inside looking out

Inside looking out, that is a floating Hardwood Floor, very cool, the whole floor is glued together, that way it expands and contracts as a whole, not each individual board, lays on top of 1/8" foam, with felt paper under that, comes prefinished.

  Addition

Added on the section with the Angled windows

Plus we resided and roofed the rest of the house to match the addition

new Cabinets and Countertops

plus the lights in the soffet.

  Finished Addition

This used to have an 8' ceiling

gutted it installed a 27' glue lamb beam and ceiling joists

I especially like how the spiral staircase and hardwood floors turned out.

  Finished Addition Picture 2

This is a shot looking back up

Notice the glass block in the Island Cabinet, goes all the way around in a half circle.

I had to use 4" x 6" glass blocks, in order to do that.
