Thanks for your prompt reply. We do have the DirectX 8.0a actually and we
already downloaded and installed every Windows Update available on the MS
downloads site. We believe we have the latest patches for our software and
hardware.

Can you explain what "No interface" means? Is that referring to a software
interface or is it possible I have to buy some other hardware to have an
"interface" for Direct 3D? I thought that the CPU processor we have which is 3D
capable with MMX, etc, and the graphics accelerator card we have should take
care of it.

What is the "interface" that Direct 3D software looks for, that obviously is not
being found in our computer?

Do you have any idea where I can find an explanation of all the error codes from
the DirectX Diagnostic Tool? I couldn't find it when searching at the MS
DirectX website.
