you can do a seach here

if you are getting the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, DirectX is working, no
interface 3D, has to do with your Graphics Adapter, make sure you have the
last Graphics card Drivers installed, go to your Manufactures site and check
in their support section, you may wont to check their Faqs page to. Check
the Device Manager and make sure the Graphics Adapter is OK and the
Properties are OK. DirectX has a Trouble Shooter on the last Tab to, that
may be worth a try.
