Have replaced my existing prosessor with a 566 e-tower
The problem I keep getting is that explorer causes a kern32.dll every so often.
You have to reboot everytime to get rid of the screen.
I have been back to where I purchased the machine and was told that the fault would go when I done a complete system restore.
On a recent visit to the States I enquired at a supplier there and was told exactly the same thing do a complete restore and the problem would disapear.
This I have done and the problem is still there.
My friend has an e-tower 633 and is experiencing the same problem as myself.

Is there something on me edition that is causing this problem
Would welcome someone to come up with the solution
